We have a great opportunity that has arisen within our Presales team for an Administrator. Using your excellent organisational skills, youll provide administrative support to the team, ensure our new home developments are set up ready for off plan sales across our pipeline of London Living Rent, Shared Ownership and Open Market Sale homes.
Some key duties will include:
Ensuring the upkeep of our CRM system for accuracy of customer communications and data reporting. Undertaking regular updates to ensure the correct information is issued to customers and to review changes such as property valuations and handover dates.
Raising purchase orders across the team, ensuring costs are raised in advance and payments are requested in line with our internal procedures.
Acting as a brand ambassador when representing Southern Housing at industry related exhibitions, steering groups, or any other external event.
Developing and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, assisting team members with booking meetings and facilitating.
Continually providing feedback to enable the review of procedures which ensures services and processes maximise value for money, to meet sales targets, and deliver first class customer service.
The role will be based out of our Farringdon office, working onsite 3 days a week and the remaining from home.
What youll need
Minimum 1 year of experience in an office based administrative role.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in using and managing CRM/CMS systems and other communication systems, including SharePoint, Teams, and the full MS Office Suite.
Literacy and numeracy GCSE level 4/ C grade or equivalent.
