Job Description
We are currently supporting an award winning water retailer to appoint an Account Manager.
You will manage, maintain and develop existing customer relationships within Industrial Account Management team.
The key focus of this role is to retain and grow existing customer portfolio by deepening the relationship with customers and becoming integral to the customer’s business operation by employing Leading Edge Account Development principles.
Responsibilities
1. Be accountable for the debt associated with your customer portfolio, ensuring payments are made to terms
2. Drive the growth of Water Efficiency Services (WES) sales within the allocated customer portfolio, working towards an annual gross margin target.
3. Actively promote, facilitate and deliver water and cost saving initiatives for the customer portfolio, working towards an annual cost savings target.
4. Develop and maintain a WES sales pipeline across a range of services to ensure the annual sales target is consistently achieved.
5. Prepare and submit qualitative and quantitative Management Information reporting for senior management as requested ensuring senior management are kept appraised of risks, performance and activity relative to targets and budgets.
