Description: To provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Tutor Support Team Leader, process data capture in line with company policy, quality assurance processes, and auditable funding requirements. To successfully manage a cohort of FL tutors, monitor workload, attendance, and submission of work.
Role Information:
DUTIES:
* Liaise with Tutor Allocation Officer and tutors to produce an accurate allocation of tutors' work in a timely and professional manner.
* Identify learner submissions requiring reallocation and offer support to process in a timely manner.
* Produce daily ducket lists to successfully track and monitor tutor submission of work.
* Carry out comprehensive and in-depth monthly 1-1’s with tutors, ensuring that KPI’s and tutor standards and expectations are being met.
* Identify tutor submission by college contract, process, and accurately input onto company system daily to meet set targets.
* Process tutor submission of marked work, ensuring audit and quality assurance processes have been met.
* Support other members of the team to ensure tutor submission and issues arising from the submissions are addressed timely.
* Supply processed information to internal departments to progress learners' qualifications.
* Liaise with Tutor Support Team Leader with issues relating to tutors and support them to address issues.
* Respond to queries from tutors accurately and timely.
* Maintain an effective link between tutor and company by promoting a positive attitude.
* Support other members of the team to ensure paperwork is prepared to company standards and dispatched timely.
* Correspond in a professional manner with all internal and external customers.
* Generate reports as requested.
* Analyse daily overdue reports and address issues effectively with tutors.
* Attend, organise and prepare documentation, agendas, and minutes for meetings.
