**Production Operative / FLT **
We are currently recruiting Production Operatives for our client in the Evesham area, to join their busy team in the food distribution industry.
**Hours of Work:**
* Monday Thursday: 6:00 AM 3:00 PM
* Friday: 6:00 AM 12:30 PM
**Rate of Pay:**
* £12.00 - £12.50 per hour
**Please note:** This role involves **70% manual work** and **30% Forklift Truck (FLT) operation** .
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Loading and unloading goods.
* Performing general warehouse and production duties.
* Handling and organizing items into designated racking areas.
* Packing items into boxes accurately and efficiently.
* Quickly and effectively resolving any issues that arise.
* Assisting colleagues and supervisors with assigned tasks.
* Keeping work areas clean and tidy at all times.
* Adhering strictly to health and safety protocols.
* Operating FLT trucks as required.
**Working Environment:**
* Chilled environment (appropriate protective clothing provided).
