We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Head Chef to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in Cambridge.
As a Chef Manager you'll:
* Be the face of the food services department, meeting with guests and clients, planning events and creating menus
* Ensure efficient service of all meals and catering requirements
* Ensure all costs and expenditure are within budgeted levels
* Comply with all Health and Safety regulations
What we're looking for:
* Level 3 City in Guilds or NVQ equivalent
* Level 3 Food Safety
* Proven experience of Leadership and team management, running a small kitchen
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure with good time management skills
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Experience of working in a standards/ compliance environment
