My client, a leading food and drink logistics provider, is seeking an experienced Procurement Support Manager to join their evolving team. This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of 3 days onsite per week.
Reporting to the Group Head of Procurement, you will be responsible for the following:
* Contribution to the departmental savings targets
* Implementation of strategic category plans
* Contribution to Preferred Supplier List
* To span both Sourcing and SRM team, supporting both, dealing with lower value, lower risk opportunities, as well as specific projects, like a payment term review.
Skills/Experience:
* Proven ability to identify and implement value add commercial solutions within a fast-paced multi-site organisation
* Ideally from an FMCG/Logistics provider background
* Proven ability to implement strategic category plans
