Major Talent have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Operative/FLT Driver to work for a highly reputable chemical company in Haverhill.

Purpose of the Position: You will be responsible for efficiently handling various warehouse operations, including the safe and effective operation of an FLT Counterbalance. This role encompasses managing dispatch activities, unloading deliveries, and utilising warehouse technology. The Forklift Operator must collaborate with different departments and specialists to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.
Salary & Benefits:
Competitive salary of £30k plus 6% annual bonus
3k sign on bonus once prohbation is passed (3 months)
Great working hours - Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
Permanent position.
Group Personal Pension Plan: Company contributes 6% if the employee contributes at least 3% (minimum). Managed by Scottish Widows, mandatory for all employees under 65.

Sick Pay: As per contract.

Key Responsibilities:
Operating an FLT Counterbalance in the warehouse.
Working on dispatch, unloading deliveries.
Operating warehouse technology.
Other general warehouse duties.
The ideal candidate must have:
Valid FLT Counterbalance licence
At least 5 years' experience operating forklift trucks.
Experience working within the chemical manufacturing environment or related industry.
