About the Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Service Manager to join our team in the UK. As a Technical Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and managing the Product Support Team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
* Manage the Product Support Team to ensure that they are meeting their objectives and providing excellent customer support.
* Develop and execute a long-term strategy for continuous improvement of sales process and customers journey with Edmund Optics.
* Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report them to the appropriate stakeholders.
* Participate in tradeshows and conferences.
* Interface with marketing to provide customer feedback and identify customer support needs to ensure EOs service leadership.
