Mortgage Administrator - Burgess Hill
Our client is looking for a talented Mortgage Administrator to join their team in Burgess Hill. This role would suit either a career administrator or an administrator who has their eyes on progressing to be a mortgage advisor or financial planner. You will be working to support two experienced advisors for pre and post-sale support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. To fully support the advisors in terms of technical research, report writing and ensuring compliance procedures & internal systems and processes are followed.
2. To work seamlessly with the existing support teams.
3. To maintain client confidentiality, data protection and other legislative and organisational responsibilities.
4. To seek opportunities for continuous improvements and feedback to the Head of Operations.
5. To deliver high standard technical support within in line with our strategies, policies and procedures.
Ideal Candidate:
1. Experience of WOM is essential.
2. Experience with Salesforce.
3. Experience with TriGold and 360 Lifecycle would be an advantage.
This position will be part time, working 3 days each week in their office.
