Recruitment Consultant – Join Our Award-Winning Team Percival is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant or Fundraiser to join our brilliant, award-winning team. Over the past two years, we've been on an exciting journey, and we're now seeking someone with strong business development skills to help us grow by securing new partnerships. Location: Hybrid, London (2 days in-office per week) Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 15% commission (no threshold) Who We Are We are the not-for-profit recruitment practice dedicated to supporting UK charities and for-purpose organisations. What You'll Be Doing As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a key role in executive search and contingency recruitment for Fundraising, Marketing & Communications, HR, Finance, Data, Public Affairs, and more. Your day-to-day will include: Building a strong pipeline – engaging and meeting with new charities to introduce our services Developing and nurturing new business – confidently securing and maintaining partnerships Providing market expertise – advising charities on the latest trends in recruitment and fundraising 360 recruitment – managing the full process, from sourcing and interviewing to placement Sourcing top talent – leveraging job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and our database Organising industry events – collaborating with the team to create engaging charity-sector events What We're Looking For An experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant with a strong billing track record or a Corporate Partnerships Fundraiser (or similar business development role) looking to transition into recruitment Knowledgeable and passionate about the charity and non-profit sector A natural relationship builder, solution-finder, and adaptable under pressure Passionate about creating a supportive and values-driven work environment Self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to grow a for-purpose business What We Offer Accelerated career progression in a fast-growing, impact-driven business 15% commission scheme (with no threshold) 28 days annual leave office closure over Christmas Five additional volunteer days Matched pension scheme Hybrid & flexible working arrangements.
