Join our team as a Field Sales Manager, and lead a dynamic group of Field Sales Advisors to achieve and exceed sales targets while selling Virgin Media products to residential customers! As a Field Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to recruit, coach, and manage a high-performing team across the South West London and Croydon regions.
You'll focus on acquiring new customers, ensuring the delivery of budget-level KPIs, and maintaining a profitable mix of new customers. In addition to driving sales, you'll support your team by providing mentorship, conducting one-to-one meetings, and identifying areas for improvement. You'll ensure compliance with company policies, from dignity at work to credit and administration standards, while proactively addressing any potential risks. Your leadership will be instrumental in minimising pre-install cancellations and early disconnects, ensuring both quality and profitability in customer acquisition.

The must haves
* Previous sales experience is needed with a shown sales track record - Ideally in push sales channel
* Full UK Clean driving licence
* Proven experience in sales team leadership
* Experience Coaching & Mentoring
* A track record of exceeding sales targets
The other stuff we are looking for
* Previous sales management experience desirable residential
* Ability to work independently using judgement and initiative
* Must be a self starter
* Ability to influence and build effective links / partnerships
