We are looking to employ a Security Services Manager working within the Facility Services and Civic Management Division.
This post will manage a range of Security Services, including the CCTV Control Room, Neighbourhood Wardens, and Security Assistants.
You should have experience leading a customer-focused team that develops staff potential and addresses underperformance and inefficiency while introducing new ways of working where required.
You must have a good working knowledge of Health and Safety requirements and an ability to apply them across service areas.
You should also have excellent written and oral communication skills, using them to engage and facilitate collaborative working with a diverse range of audiences.
