An exciting opportunity for a passionate and creative marketeer with an interest in travel to join the business during an exciting period of development for Mason Rose’s client marketing services.
The successful candidate will report to the Director of Client Marketing, as well as working with our communications teams and sales teams (UK, Europe and US) to support on marketing activity – spanning, but not limited to content creation, social media and digital strategy (paid & organic) and partnership marketing, supporting both our clients and the growth of Mason Rose itself.
Main responsibilities include:
· Supporting the Director of Client Marketing on all aspects of marketing for Mason Rose clients and the wider business when relevant, in particular content creation and partnership marketing
· A strong content creator; able to produce and edit polished imagery / video for social content purposes.
· When required, attend MR / client events and activations to secure real time social coverage
· Able to provide in-house and external training on content creation
· Support communications team on optimising and growing our digital influencer/talent database
· Support with strategy on amplification of social campaigns through digital marketing
· Support clients with own content needs on a regular basis – proactively and reactively
· Keep abreast of competitor activity and insights – actively sharing these with the wider teams and clients where relevant
· Identify new partnership opportunities for Mason Rose clients, both strategic and brand-led
· Support in bringing partnerships to life, from conception to final output
· Work with Mason Rose’s in-house Marketing Manager to develop case studies to measure success of campaigns
You will have...
· At least one year’s experience of marketing at assistant level – either in-house or agency
· A self-starter with a can-do attitude – no two days will be the same in this role
· Experienced at capturing and editing content stylishly essential for both digital and organic channels– i.e. photography and video
· Experience working with creative tools such as Photoshop, Canva, InDesign, Kapwing
· Desirable - experience of using digital channels including but not limited to paid social, eCrm, SEO
· Has a network of creative contacts and practitioners who can be pulled in for relevant campaigns / activations
· Passion and actively reading around for travel and luxury brands and all trends in marketing
· Experience in presenting to senior stakeholders
· Certificates in google and Meta ads etc useful
