We are looking for a Territory Account Manager to join our Ireland Sales team.
Represent Sysmex as Territory Account Manager for your designated territory and accounts. You will support your Regional Commercial Manager in delivering on the overall strategy objectives, taking ownership and delivering on assigned targets.
You will also be responsible for delivering all pre and post sales activity for the Sysmex Haematology and Haemostasis equipment and services within your territory. You will have full responsibility for selling the Sysmex Managed Service Contract (MSC), which will include a wider portfolio of products including 3rd party business to support the overall Sysmex solution. You will work collaboratively with all departments within Sysmex to direct a successful bid whether a simple contract or a complex MSC.
Territory Account Manager (Ireland)
Your responsibilities:
* Delivering all pre-tender business development activity, which may include additional 3rd party business areas to support your Sysmex MSC bids. This is a varied and challenging role that requires you to fully understand the needs of your client and lead the pre-sales activity required to demonstrate and convince your client of Sysmex’s ability to meet those needs.
* Contributing to the development of winning bid strategies for all networks and accounts, including route to market strategy through Sysmex Direct MSCs and relevant frameworks. You will be expected to become familiar with all routes to market and work with external stakeholders to ensure they secure Sysmex business through the appropriate channel.
* Responsible for the quality of the financial and technical tender responses for all your bids, whether the bid is direct or through another Primary MSC provider. You will lead the bids team to deliver responses that meet client needs while complying with business standards to produce accurate bids without exposing Sysmex to unidentified risks.
* Managing sales performance for your business. You will provide a detailed forecast for your business, which you will update in real-time and submit monthly. You will be expected to review your performance against your business target (budget).
Your profile:
* Hold a full Irish driving licence.
* Minimum of two years’ experience working in Account Management in the healthcare diagnostics arena.
* Knowledge of Irish healthcare and their approach to procurement, including Tenders and Frameworks.
* Experience working in complex sales cycles within laboratory diagnostics.
* Working knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* Negotiation and influencing skills with internal and external stakeholders.
* Self-motivated.
