About the role We are looking for an experienced Team Manager for the Adult Generic Team and Review Team. This role involves managing two small teams of Social Work practitioners. The Adult Generic Team focus on delivering assessment, support/care planning to adults aged 18-65 years with a permanent and substantial physical disability, or serious illness or long term condition, that is not associated to a mental disorder, as well as those who experience persistent self-neglect. The Review Team's function is to review packages of care, for adults over 18 years, using a strengths based approach to empower individuals and reduce reliance on external support. As Team Manager, you'll ensure manageable caseloads, support team performance, and provide regular reflective supervision. You will: Lead, supervise, and support your team; Allocate work effectively, following policy and best practice; Drive service improvement and performance; Monitor team performance using data to ensure high standards and outcomes.
