This role is ideal for a property management professional ready to take the next step, managing a diverse portfolio of offices, warehouses, industrial, and retail units while working towards Associate RICS status .
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the main contact for landlords, tenants, and service providers to ensure smooth estate management.
* Oversee repairs, maintenance, and compliance, managing budgets and supplier performance.
* Support with rent reviews, lease renewals, and dilapidations negotiations .
* Advise on lettings, rent collection, lease structuring, disposals, and acquisitions .
* Monitor portfolio performance to maximise asset value .

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office .
