Working for an organisation going through such exciting growth and change, this genuinely represents an opportunity for an energetic and driven Head of HR / Head of People to make a real difference to this organisation.
You'll mix up getting your hands dirty writing a JD at 10am with writing a three year strategic succession plan at 10.30am. You'll support the Senior Team and advise the board just after lunch and then manage a complex ER issue just before tea. You'll get autonomy and you'll get to do all the lovely glossy stuff that every aspiring HR Director yearns to do. The Senior Team wants an operator's mindset, somebody that will think commercially and whom sees the HR function as being there to drive the business forward.
This role is an incredible opportunity for the right individual. It will be challenging but exhilarating where pace will be critical given the ambitions and focus this business values. You will need to be incredibly organised to effectively manage the workload and prioritisation will be key to ensure you deliver in this fast moving environment. Collaborative in style and a great influencer you will provide high levels of support and counsel to the senior team.
People will describe you as passionate because you get things done ahead of schedule, you are vocal about HR and it's importance to a successful business. Quite simply the business won't achieve it’s growth goals without the right people strategy.
