We have an exciting opportunity for a 1st Line IT Technician to play a key role in the IT support team. You will also be part of a very active and supportive IT community.
You will be the first point of contact in providing technical support and advice to staff and students, as well as supporting a wide range of activities and events across three school sites. To be successful in the role, you will need to be a proactive, flexible problem solver with a keen desire to learn, and possess great social and communication skills.
A working knowledge of computers and troubleshooting is essential; any further skills training can be provided on the job if required.
You will therefore be part of an ever-changing technological landscape, full of learning and professional development opportunities. * Microsoft SCCM
* Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy
* Microsoft Hyper-V
* Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems
* Chrome OS, Windows, iOS and macOS devices
* Enterprise wireless and VOIP systems
* Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
* Enterprise anti-virus and endpoint protection
* Data backup and recovery systems
* Print management and accounting systems
* IT Helpdesk Management Systems
