About Our Client
This is a well known organisation based in Welwyn Garden City - due to continued growth, they are looking for a Senior Pensions Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. DB Pensions experience is required in order to be considered for this role.
Job Description
* Manage daily pension scheme activities
* Provide high-quality customer service to employees regarding their pensions
* Maintain up-to-date and accurate pension records
* Ensure compliance with pension regulations and laws
* Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on pension-related matters
* Conduct regular reviews and audits of pension schemes
* Assist in the development of pension scheme policies
* Provide informative and educational pension briefings to employees
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Pensions Administrator should have:
* A strong understanding of pension regulations (DB Pensions experience is necessary)
* Exceptional customer service skills
* The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
* Excellent organisational and administrative skills
* The ability to work well as part of a team and independently
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
