Position:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a fixed term/secondment Digital Service Support Officer – Hardware Replacement based at Ailsa Hospital.
What you will do:
As a Team Member you will provide support to the Hardware Replacement Programme across NHS Ayrshire and Arran as well as helping within the Workshop if required. You will ensure the continuous availability and efficiency of Desktop Hardware systems by replacing equipment efficiently, ensuring availability of equipment and excellent communication skills.
Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:
An HND or equivalent experience in computing is essential, as is experience supporting Desktop Hardware and Software. Extensive knowledge and experience of supporting Microsoft products is also essential.
Hours: 37 per week, working Monday-Friday.
This is a fixed term/secondment opportunity until 31st March 2026.
