Provide information and support to patients families regarding care plans and treatment options. Engage families in care decisions and discharge planning. Emergency Response and Crisis Management Assist in developing and implementing emergency response plans. Train staff in emergency procedures and conduct drills regularly Lead the nursing team during emergencies and critical incidents. Ensure proper documentation and review of incidents to improve future responses. Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate nursing staff. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with staff, patients, and families. In-depth clinical knowledge and the ability to provide expert guidance. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex issues. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accurate records. Demonstrated empathy and compassion in patient care and staff interactions.
