Job Description
1. Managing customer accounts and maintaining credit control.
2. Processing and managing credit applications.
3. Collaborating with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Ensuring all invoices and payments are processed in a timely manner.
5. Maintaining accurate and detailed customer records.
6. Assisting with month-end reporting and analysis.
7. Resolving any credit related issues and disputes.
8. Supporting the Finance team with other duties as required.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate should have:
1. Experience in sales ledger or credit control previously.
2. Strong numerical and analytical skills.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
5. The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
6. The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
