Austin Dean Recruitment is currently seeking Emergency Nurse Practitioners (ENPs) for flexible agency shifts across Yorkshire and the Humber. We are working with a well-established Social Enterprise that delivers urgent medical and dental services to local communities, ensuring that patients receive the right advice, care, and support as close to home as possible.
About the Role:
As an Emergency Nurse Practitioner, you will work independently within Minor Injuries Units (MIUs), providing high-quality care to patients presenting with minor illnesses and injuries. You will play a vital role in assessment, diagnosis, treatment, referral, and discharge.
Job Requirements:
✅ Experience working as an Emergency Nurse Practitioner (ENP) / Emergency Practitioner or equivalent
✅ NMC Registered General Nurse or HCPC Registered Paramedic
✅ Nurse Practitioner / Emergency Care Degree or equivalent training in a related field
✅ Evidence of continuing professional development (CPD) in the last 12 months
✅ Ability to work independently and accountably
✅ Strong clinical knowledge of minor injuries and illnesses
✅ Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and non-verbal)
✅ IT skills and ability to use electronic patient records
