A Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, setting clear goals and objectives
A Mentor, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance
A Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement strategies to drive improvements
A Create a positive and motivating team culture, fostering teamwork and collaboration
A Work closely with the sales director to develop and implement sales strategies
A Contribute to the recruitment and onboarding process of new team members
Requirements
A Proven track record in a sales leadership or management position
A Adept at inspiring sales teams to achieve and surpass targets
A Exceptional skills in coaching, mentoring, and training
A Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
A Driven by results with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
A Able to foster collaboration and build strong working relationships
