We are currently partnering with a leading Housing Association in Cumbria, who are recruiting for a Housing Operations Manager to join their growing team on a permanent basis.
This is a full-time position with a salary of circa £44,000 per annum and the start date is subject to notice.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee day-to-day housing operations and service delivery
2. Lead and mentor a team of housing officers
3. Manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective service provision
4. Develop and implement policies that enhance resident satisfaction
5. Foster strong relationships with tenants, stakeholders, and local authorities

6. Proven experience in a housing management role
7. Strong leadership and team management skills
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
9. A strategic thinker with a passion for improving housing services
10. Knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices in housing
