Teaching Personnel is offering a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Waterloo, Liverpool. This role is based within a specialist SEN class, providing vital support to students with Autism to help them reach their full potential.

About the Role:
✅ Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support to children with Autism
✅ Assist with implementing EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plan) targets
✅ Work closely with teachers and the SENCO to create an inclusive learning environment
✅ Support students in developing communication and social skills
✅ Help manage sensory needs and behaviour effectively

What We’re Looking For:
Experience working with children with Autism (preferably in a school setting)
Understanding of EHCPs and how to support individual learning goals
A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach to SEN support
Strong teamwork and communication skills
A relevant qualification in education or childcare (desirable but not essential)
