We are a international lifestyle and action sports licensee, distributor and manufacturer with over 40 years of heritage and experience and are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join us. Over the years we have built a dedicated in-house marketing team that specialises in the delivery of tailored, multi-platform commercial brand support. You will be involved in the planning, implementation and evaluation of all marketing activities, both B2B and B2C with a particular focus on maintenance and growth across our social media channels. What will I be accountable for? Managing social media channels to grow brand awareness and drive website traffic. Develop forward thinking social media strategies with a focus on delivering engagement and growing the existing community. Work with the wider team to create appropriate content and with Customer Services to aid in customer issues that come through social channels. Provide regular reporting and tailor output accordingly. Staying up to date on all social media technological updates and trends, advising the team on best practise and coming up with new content ideas Organising paid influencer campaigns with relevant UK, EU and US influencers / brand ambassadors for multiple brands, following up with campaign analysis and results Researching, liaising with and seeding to a range of UK, EU and US influencers, collectives and brand ambassadors for multiple brands Undertaking seasonal and product launch focused PR outreach for multiple brands, across the UK, EU and US. Liaising with relevant team members to agree on key products, USPs and copy Managing paid media coverage, both print and digital, across UK, EU and US publications for multiple brands Assisting in the delivery of photoshoots for multiple brands Taking the lead in POS production – managing budgets, external suppliers and maintaining stock levels. Providing dedicated support and collateral to our Sales team (eg. for trade shows) and for marketing events Monitoring and reporting on competitor and retailer activity Actively seeking new opportunities for the development of brands Supporting the Marketing Manager by assisting with general day to day administration tasks Organising Sales team product request orders Building relationships with relevant brand teams in the US and Europe Maintaining marketing budgets Working closely with the Marketing Manager to deliver marketing plans for key brands – focused around PR, paid media, influencer campaigns and social media to support product launches and brand activity. Monitoring and evaluating effectiveness of all marketing activity including through sales analysis Job Requirements Person Profile: A social media addict with solid experience in this field Has a keen interest in social media, content and influencer trends Excellent communicator Well organised and able to meet tight deadlines Copes well under pressure and able to prioritise tasks effectively Flexible and able to pivot on activity at short notice Shows initiative, attention to detail, and is task orientated Able to work independently but also as part of a larger team Highly motivated, enthusiastic and with the determination to excel Education and Experience: Previous experience in management of social media channels is an absolute must Background in PR across consumer and trade publications, including product launches and brand focused pieces Confidence and experience in managing budgets and associated reporting Grammatically and computer literate, confident with all Microsoft Office programmes Some design experience is a bonus but not required Marketing or business experience or education Educated to a minimum of A level, preferably with a degree in a related subject More about us: Our vision is to connect with, excite and inspire whilst promoting an active lifestyle through our portfolio of global brands.
