The role includes creating and maintaining a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organisational effectiveness, communication and safety. Key responsibilities include executive assistant support to CEO/Director, office admin, purchase services, arranging shippings and mailings, negotiating with external parties, updating company's websites, supporting solving basic IT issues, and assisting with research on our business publications. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, goal-oriented, detailed-oriented, logical, organised, and precise, with good numerical skills and English writing skills in well-structured format, strong time management and prioritising skills, and reasonable IT skills. An academic background in Human Resources, Law, Economics or Business is preferred, along with statistical and/or other technical skills.
