Sales Administrator Boroughbridge Salary £25k pa Are you passionate about interiors or textiles? My client, who produces soft furnishings to independent home & gift retailers and department stores in the UK and Europe is looking for a Sales Administrator to come on board. We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to work as part of a busy office environment. This role can offer someone the opportunity to learn about the design process. The main areas of responsibility will include: Providing excellent customer support to clients. Providing efficient administrative support Carrying out all sales administration relative to the role. Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal departments to ensure deadlines are met. Updating and maintaining an accurate database Providing a reliable, high-quality service. To co-ordinate the ordering of samples. Working closely with external suppliers. To ensure that all orders are processed and despatched per customer requirements. To accurately maintain all relevant customer account and product information using internal systems. To upload products onto customer-based systems. Supporting the design team with Tradeshows KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED: Experience of being in a customer oriented, administrative environment. Good administrator with an excellent attention to detail and thorough, dependable approach. An interest in interiors or textiles Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office applications Excel and Word Good communication skills at all levels internally or externally whether face to face, on the telephone or via email.
