Main Responsibilities:
1. To handle Paper Quality and Logistics complaints together with Commercial Claims.
2. To accurately process and, if necessary, amend all claims on computerised system.
3. Visiting of customers in respect of selected claims to discuss & negotiate with the customer.
4. To liaise with Company Sales team and Mill.
5. Advise on causes and solutions to print problems.
6. Financial negotiation on all claims.
Person Specification:
1. Print and Paper background with a sound knowledge of printing processes and subsequent problems.
2. Articulate with Negotiation skills.
3. Able and willing to travel within Europe.
4. Able to work accurately and prioritise appropriately.
5. Have good communication skills in the office, on the telephone and face to face.
Salary according to experience.
