Job Title: Graphic Designer - Brand & Campaign Specialist Location: Bristol Employment Type: Full-Time Reports To: Head of Marketing Salary: Competitive, based on experience About the Role: We’re looking for an experienced and creatively driven Graphic Designer with a passion for brand storytelling and campaign creation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can think conceptually, and has the technical skills to execute designs across digital platforms—including HTML-based email templates and web assets. The ideal candidate will be an expert in brand consistency and visual identity, with a portfolio demonstrating impactful marketing campaigns and polished, high-conversion design work. Key Responsibilities: Brand & Campaign Design: Create brand-aligned visual assets across all marketing channels (digital, social, print, video, and events) Lead on campaign design concepts—bringing creative ideas from brief to delivery Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all touchpoints Support the development of pitch decks, brochures, presentations, and internal materials Digital & HTML Design: Design and replace assets in HTML-based email templates (e.g., Mailchimp, Pardot, HubSpot, etc.) Develop and update basic HTML/CSS templates for web banners, landing pages, and microsites Work with the web team to ensure visual consistency and best-in-class UX/UI in all web assets Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to develop creative that supports business objectives Interpret briefs and present creative concepts confidently to stakeholders Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver to deadline Requirements: 3 years’ experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio in brand and campaign work Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects a bonus) Strong HTML and basic CSS skills (email and web template editing essential) Proven experience designing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns Strong understanding of digital and print processes and how to prepare artwork for each Highly creative with strong attention to detail and a strategic mindset Excellent time management and ability to work independently or as part of a team Nice to Have: Experience working in B2B environments or the insurance, property, or fintech sectors Animation and video editing capabilities Knowledge of CRM-integrated email platforms (e.g., Pardot, ActiveCampaign) Familiarity with CMS systems (e.g., WordPress, Webflow) What We Offer: A chance to shape the visual direction of a growing group of brands Creative autonomy with support from a collaborative marketing and sales team Hybrid working flexibility Ongoing development opportunities The opportunity to work on meaningful campaigns that drive real results Brands to work on:www.exance.co.ukwww.salapi.co.ukwww.checkmate-warranty.co.ukwww.accquis.comwww.compariqo.com
