Due to recent expansion, they currently have an opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join their team working closely with the two business Directors.
Key Duties and Responsibilities

Working closely with the Directors to support all aspects of their daily work routine.

Work extensively with Microsoft Excel, analysing data and producing reports, presentations, and papers for internal and external audiences.

Coordinating meetings and producing agendas and briefing documents for the Directors and wider leadership team.
·
Cultural leadership by developing an understanding of the organisation's culture to create and promote patterns for the business to grow, prosper and be a positive and happy working environment.
·
Maintain the Director’s calendar including scheduling meetings, appointments and travel.
·
Receiving and screening calls, emails, and visitors, answering a variety of questions with tact and diplomacy and responding to and directing emails and calls appropriately for resolution.

Coordinate work with the senior leadership and wider team as needed.
·
Follow up on action points from meetings on the Director’s behalf.
·
Analyse company performance and KPI’s as requested.
·
Event management incl. coordination and management of staff events, corporate dinners etc.
·
Ad hoc administrative and logistical support to the wider leadership team.
·
Streamline administrative tasks and leverage digital tools for better time management and communication.
Experience Required
·
Ideally three to five years prior experience in an administrative support role.
·
Proficient IT skills particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
·
High level of personal responsibility and proactive approach to tasks.
·
Confident in approach and communication.
·
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
·
Excellent organisation and time management skills.
·
The ability to work under pressure to meet agreed deadlines and adapt to change.
·
Information management - assuring discreet handling of business, confidential and sensitive material.

The Rewards
The rewards for the successful candidate are good. The company are willing to pay a competitive starting salary of £28,000 - £32,000, and a good benefits package including discretionary bonus, pension, holiday scheme and other key benefits
