With rapid expansion and strong investment, we're seeking a relentless, results-driven Enterprise Sales Director to lead global net-new business acquisition. This is a true hunter role for a sales professional who lives for the long-game, excels in complex multi-stakeholder deals, and thrives on securing high-value new logos.
The Role
* Own the entire sales cycle – from strategic prospecting to closing $150k+ enterprise deals.
* Win net-new logos by targeting Fortune 500 CMOs & senior marketing leaders, demonstrating clear ROI.
* Navigate long sales cycles (6-12+ months) and manage multi-threaded stakeholder engagement.
* Leverage a dedicated SDR, sales engineer, and insights team, with a generous travel & entertainment budget to build executive relationships.
* Strategically grow pipeline & revenue while establishing long-term partnerships with key global brands.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven Hunter – A track record of winning net-new business and closing high-value enterprise deals.
* MarTech / SaaS Expertise – Deep knowledge of analytics, insights, or measurement platforms and selling to CMOs or senior marketing execs.
* B2B SaaS Sales Excellence – 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, ideally with a structured sales methodology like MEDDPICC.
* Master of the Long Sales Cycle – Comfortable with 6-12+ month deal cycles, managing complex negotiations across multiple decision-makers.
* Data-Driven Sales Approach – Ability to leverage analytics, sales tools, and dashboards to refine strategy and improve conversion rates.
* Global Client Experience – Strong background in selling to international enterprise brands.
* Thrives in High-Growth, Scale-Up Environments – Adaptable, resilient, and self-motivated to own and drive revenue.
