The successful People Advisor will assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of central HR projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project milestones and deliverables.
* Provide regular updates and reports on project status to HR leadership.
* Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
* Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
* Assist in the design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs.
* Provide support in annual compensation reviews, bonus programs, and benefit renewals.
* Manage and maintain the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.
* Identify opportunities for system enhancements and automation to improve HR processes.
* Lead initiatives to standardize HR processes across global operations, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
To be successful in this role of People Advisor, we would love to speak to anyone who has experience of:
* 3-5 years of experience in an HR generalist role, with exposure to Compensation & Benefits and HRIS.
* Proven experience in supporting HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
* Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
* Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
* Project management skills with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
