Key Responsibilities:
* Perform general maintenance tasks, including minor repairs.
* Ensure the site is clean, safe, and well-presented at all times.
* Conduct regular inspections to identify and report any issues.
* Assist with setting up rooms for events or meetings.
* Monitor and maintain heating, lighting, and security systems.
* Support health and safety compliance, including fire safety checks.
* Liaise with contractors and suppliers as needed.
About You:
1. Previous experience in a caretaker, facilities, or maintenance role is desirable.
2. Practical skills in basic repairs and maintenance tasks.
3. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
4. Good communication skills and a team player mentality.
5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
