Job summary GP Primary Choice are looking to recruit an organised administrator to join our team at our Turner Road surgery in Colchester. This position is offered on a part-time basis, for 22 hours (negotiable), per week working the following; Monday and Tuesday: 7.15am - 3pm Friday: 8am - 3pm. This key role will provide administrative and clerical support duties to the phlebotomists to ensure the effective running of the clinic. We would welcome applications from organised, adaptable and friendly individuals who are keen to help us provide high levels of customer service. Main duties of the job Receive and greet patients who are attending the clinic for a blood tests. Manage the electronic booking system, checking patients in on arrival. Schedule appointments. Print the required blood forms. Liaise closely with members of the team ensuring effective communication. Manage emails. Data entry and the storage of data.
