GH London Ground Handling Services Ltd are looking for a Ramp Team Leader to join their team at Heathrow Airport. Key Responsibilities: Planning and coordinating the turnaround process of our aircraft and ensuring that our Ramp operations run smoothly within strict time constraints Supervising the tasks of Driver Loaders including showing discipline as and when required Ensure that all duties are covered for the efficient turnaround of flights About You Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills are important, as well as the ability to understand all the technical aspects of working on the Ramp, Cargo and Sorting Area Strong leader with excellent interpersonal and motivational skills, with the ability to assert authority when necessary (including active participation in disciplinary meetings), whilst maintaining good relations Proven airport Ramp, Cargo and Sorting Area experience. Push back experience, airside driving experience Possession of a sound technical background, with in-depth knowledge of Ramp and Safety procedures Highly self-motivated, in possession of excellent communication skills and have the ability to prioritise tasks whilst also organising & co-ordinating the tasks of the other members of the group Capable of working in a pressurised environment with tight deadlines Flexibility is essential and an ability to adapt to different working practices and changes A capacity to prioritise tasks whilst also organising & co-ordinating the tasks of the other members of the group Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently on your initiative in a pressurised fast changing environment, together with a thorough, co-operative, and methodical approach In possession of a full clean UK Driving Licence Good English and communication skills About The Company GH London Ground Handling Services Ltd is a trusted provider of professional ground handling services at London’s major airports.
