Working in a fast-paced office youll be the go-to person organising, planning, and scheduling the work for our PAT Operatives. A good sense of geography would be an asset along with a great telephone manner, an aptitude for organisation and a strong bias towards providing a 5-star service to our clients. What we offer: Were looking to offer a salary between £24,000 - £25,000 for this role and are open to candidates of various levels. In addition, we offer 23 days holiday (plus bank holidays), workplace pension and discount platforms. Key areas of responsibility: Working on a busy helpdesk assisting, scheduling and organising a team of Portable Appliance Testers nationwide Ensure clients remain compliant and PAT testing is completed on time Be the first point of contact for all internal and external clients, developing client relationships overtime Provide quotes and perform Data Entry duties on both internal and external databases and software Experience required for the role: Previous experience of working in the capacity of a scheduler would be ideal but not necessary as full training will be given Ideally have experience of planning site visits of remote staff and allocating work Data entry and performing general office duties is required A proactive work ethos, happy to communicate over the phone extensively Do you see yourself reflected in the description above?
