The Head of Facilities is responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, development, and management of the facilities team, service providers, contractors and building services. Primary responsibilities include coordinating the maintenance, repair and upgrade of building infrastructure, mechanical and electrical services to ensure operational efficiency, safety, and compliance. The Head of Facilities will provide direction, guidance, and support to the Facilities team to ensure that all building systems meet the organisation's needs and standards. They will be responsible for budget management, mitigating risk while optimising the value of contracts for our organisation. Working closely with key stakeholders including tenants, suppliers, and internal departments, the Head of Facilities will ensure that building services are effectively operated, maintained, and administered to the highest standards.
