Are you an experienced Nursing Home Manager looking for a new opportunity? Our client, who operates a group of Nursing and Residential homes across the UK, is on the hunt for a Home Manager to oversee their care home near East Grinstead.
As the Home Manager, you'll be rewarded with a salary of up to £70,000, plus KPI-based bonus, and the chance to progress within the company, not to mention a great holiday structure.
As the Home Manager, you'll be accountable for:
1. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a medium-sized Residential and Nursing home.
2. Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
3. Managing and training staff.
4. Conducting assessments to create, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans tailored for each resident.
5. Ensuring work areas and practices meet safety requirements and adhere to relevant standards, policies, and legislation.
6. Promoting residents’ independence, choice, dignity, and respect by delivering high-quality care and continuously seeking improvement.

The ideal Home Manager will have:
1. A nursing qualification.
2. At least 3 years of experience in a Nursing Home management position.
3. A good knowledge of CQC compliance.
4. Evidence of Good or Outstanding CQC inspections.
