An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Data Project Manager to join our Data team for up to 24 months, ensuring all data projects are scoped, managed, and delivered within agreed timescales, achieving the business benefits and quality expected by the RNLI following an agile delivery model. Your Role This role enables strategic decision-making and operational delivery of our data products and services, ultimately supporting and enhancing our ability to save lives at sea. You will be responsible for project managing data delivery across our transformation and ERP programmes. Ensuring a user-centric and effective, scalable and resilient data flow emphasis is placed on the data elements of the programmes, as well as being responsible for day-to-day delivery to cost, quality and time, with a particular focus on coordinating alongside About You Our ideal candidate will have substantial data product or project management experience, with a strong focus of having delivered agile solutions. We are looking for someone who has: Substantial experience in agile data and integration project management, including leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects. Experience with Azure cloud solutions. A Project Management qualification (e.g. Agile, Prince2 practitioner, APM, Scrum, PMI etc) or equivalent experience Ideally experience of CRM and ERP data and integration delivery As Data Project Manager you should be someone who can focus on solutions that make a positive difference to the end users and ensure seamless information flows, as well as having the ability to communicate ideas and requirements clearly and succinctly, working with people at all levels.
