This role is seeking someone who can work for a professional business, closely with a high net worth individual and their multiple companies. This is an office-based position.
Location: Mayfair, London (x5 days a week in the office). Close to Green Park station.
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum + company benefits
Job Description:
* Preparing monthly management accounts
* Producing cash and revenue reports on a monthly basis
* Importing bank statements and matching balances
* Reconciling bank transactions
* Invoice processing in Xero
* Managing cash flow for different entities
* Processing monthly payroll and freelance payments
* In charge of payment runs, VAT returns, and client refunds
* Ensuring inter-company balances are checked
* Payroll, ensuring staff are paid on time
Personal Skills and Attributes:
* Ideally have used Xero
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Good at multitasking and prioritizing workload
* Great team player with a positive and 'can do' attitude
* Maturity, trusted to handle a lot of confidential information
