My client is looking for an experienced repairs planner to join them in their rapidly growing responsive maintenance team. Working in our Hammersmith office, you will be reporting into the Contracts Manager, liaising closely with the client and operatives.
Day to day duties for a repairs planner would include:
1. Allocating and scheduling in works for operatives
2. Organising operatives' diaries
3. Data entry
4. Emails
5. Call-handling
The right candidate should have the following:
1. Relevant scheduling experience
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Experience coordinating diaries
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment/meet tight deadlines
This would be on a temp-perm basis, you would be working through the agency for 3-6 months before a permanent contract is offered.
Pay for the repairs planner would be weekly and equivalent to £30k per year inclusive of holiday through PAYE.
Working hours: 40 per week (Office based Mon - Fri)
