Job Description:
We're looking for a Construction Management Degree Apprentice to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear and Networks Team based in Isleworth, Middlesex, working towards a Level 6 apprenticeship in Construction Management.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading construction and infrastructure services company on an apprenticeship. Whilst working towards a recognised qualification, you'll be able to put your learnings into practice in your day-to-day role, helping you progress within your chosen career.
Location: Isleworth, Middlesex
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £19,000 per annum - with a salary earning potential of £35k+ upon completion of the course!
How does a degree apprenticeship work?
As a Construction Management Degree Apprentice, you'll have the opportunity to gain practical experience whilst you study towards a BSc in Construction Management with our university partner, Sheffield Hallam, all tuition and accommodation fees covered by us.
You'll work closely with the Natural Resources, Nuclear and Networks team to provide design, build and maintenance solutions to protect the UK's essential services and assets.
Your day to day will include:
* Assisting with the management of staff, Plant & material resources in line with programme
* Providing support with management of site safety, health and environmental hazards
* Maintaining stakeholder relationships in the delivery of a contract
* Attending university during pre-determined block weeks to attend lectures and meet other students on your course
What are we looking for?
To enrol onto your degree, you will need:
* Level 4 or above in GCSE Maths and English
* 2 A-Levels, or Level 3 BTEC National Certificate / Diploma / Extended Diploma or Advanced Diploma in a construction related topic
* Other Level 3 BTEC qualifications will also be considered, preferably with some work experience
To apply as a mature student, you will need at least 5 years' experience in a related career.
