Marketing Graduate Assistant
St George’s School Windsor Castle is seeking a Residential Graduate Assistant - Marketing who will also share in the role of Chorister Chaperone for the choristers of St George’s Chapel.
From September 2025 - July 2026 on a fixed term contract.
Role overview
The Graduate Assistant will work closely with the Marketing Department and the Boarding House team to assist in delivering the annual marketing plan and to ensure that all boarders have a positive experience.
Considered as a full member of school staff, the post holder will, dependent on strengths and experiences, utilise these to carry out assigned marketing activities, undertake Boarding House duties and support other school activities and events as required.
It is expected that Graduate Assistants inject energy and enthusiasm in all that they do.
Specific responsibilities
* Capture video footage and photography of school activities and events (in line with the school’s photographic guidelines and parental consent), editing and distributing as required, then filing in a timely manner
* Managing multiple social media accounts daily, generating ideas, creating content, writing captions and scheduling posts, reels, stories, etc
* Updating and uploading content on the school website and online third party listings
* Tracking social media and website analytics and market trends, contributing to internal reporting on a termly basis
* Assisting where required with the production of the weekly newsletter, general departmental administrative tasks and the planning and delivery of other marketing projects and school events including open mornings
* Helping to promote and support school-wide branding compliance
Graduate Assistants report to the House Parents, with additional reporting lines relevant to their specific role (in this case, the Director of Marketing and Communications).
The Graduate Assistants will be appraised annually by the House Parents.
