Job Title: Before, After School & Holiday Club Assistant
Hours: 26 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
7.00am - 9.00am Monday - Friday
2.45pm - 6.00pm Monday Friday (5.45pm finish on a Friday)
Contract: Fixed Term (Maternity Leave cover)
Salary: Scale 1 point 3 FTE £24,027 (pro rata) Actual Salary £16,883 (pending job evaluation)

Our school provides a high-quality wraparound care service, offering exciting and enriching activities before and after school, as well as during holidays. We pride ourselves on fostering a nurturing environment where children can learn, play, and grow.
Your Role:
As a Club Assistant, you will:
Support the delivery of a variety of activities, including arts and crafts, sports, and games.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
Assist with planning and setting up engaging sessions.
Provide healthy snacks and meals as part of the club offering.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Provide first aid.
What we’re looking for:
A caring, dedicated, and proactive individual who enjoys working with children.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Experience working with children in a school or childcare setting is preferred, but not essential.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
