We have an opportunity for a Clinical Lead to join our team at Napier Lodge, a recently refurbished 23 bedded mental health care home in Hampshire, which supports males of a working age with: neuro degenerative conditions mental health diagnosis acquired brain injury presentations varying degrees of physical disabilities. As Clinical Lead, you will be a key member of the leadership team at Napier Lodge. Working closely with the registered manager you will oversee the clinical care and operations of the home, to ensure that our residents receive the highest standard of care, and that the home meets all relevant regulatory requirements. This role is will suited for someone with strong commitment to person-centred care, effective leadership and excellent communication skills. Further key responsibilities of the Clinical Lead role include To support in managing the day-to-day running of the services and coordinating its operations, deputise for the registered manager in their absence Train, develop and manage all nursing and support staff for the service Coordinate support worker rota with Team Leaders To carry out inductions for new nurses and to complete their competency Drive the company compliance programme, including the health and safety Ensure CQC requirements are upheld at all times To ensure medication is administered as prescribed and that it is reviewed at intervals by medical staff Facilitate and coordinate treatment plans using the care programme approach and good clinical practice within the MDT setting About you, the successful Clinical Lead Experience in similar mental health settings - low secure, rehab, Forensic Experience working effectively within a multi- disciplinary team Knowledge of current developments in mental health nursing Understanding of rehabilitation and recovery service delivery pathways is desirable Excellent verbal and written communication skills Current, valid registration with NMC Ability to supervise, lead and motivate a team Ability to prioritize workload and delegate appropriately About Us Bramley Health is a leading provider of specialist health and social care services in South London and the South East.
