Our client who is a Lloyds Broker is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their expanding department in the Southend, Essex office.
Main Duties:
Reporting directly to the Accounts Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following duties:
* Office Bank reconciliations
* Reconciliation of Company Credit Cards
* Processing weekly BDX declarations for our UK marketing division
* Monitoring Aged Debt
* Petty Cash Management
* Assisting management accountant with month end Accounts checks
* Expense form checking and journalling
* IBA Cash sheet processing
* A&S premium payables Monitoring
Essential Skills Required:
* Previous experience with Accounts
