Clearfield are seeking a Customer Care Manager for a family-run main contractor covering various sites across the M25.
The projects will be spread across the M25 and will involve various defect works across completed new build residential projects.
The role will largely involve liaising with head office for job sheets, then planning your week directly with clients/tenants to ensure all jobs are completed and recorded.
Experience in the same role, or as a finishing foreman, will have transferable skills.
Key Skills for the Role Include:
1. Time management
2. Strong communication skills
3. Skilled in various trades with suitable tools
4. IT knowledge for recording of job completions/job sheets
5. SMSTS
6. First Aid
The company is a family-run business, with short reporting lines and clear communication throughout all levels to achieve work in a timely manner.
You will have access to a company van as well as a continuous stream of work across various projects.
