Small Group Trainer – Congleton

About the Role:
We’re looking for a trainer to deliver 4 small group training sessions every Saturday morning from 8am to 11am. Each session is 45 minutes long with no more than 6 people per group. The programme is already written, so your focus will be on delivering it effectively and helping members have a fantastic session.
This is a self-employed role with a guaranteed £60 per shift for the 4 group sessions, which are a weekly commitment.
What We’re Looking For:
* A passionate and approachable fitness professional with a love for weight training.
* Someone confident in leading small group sessions and creating an enjoyable, energetic atmosphere.
* Self-employed individuals who value flexibility but can commit to regular Saturday mornings.
* A team player who’s open to covering at other locations when needed.
Qualifications:
* Level 2 Gym Instructor and/or Level 3 Personal Trainer
* First aid (Preferred but not necessary)
* Experience in teaching and mentoring small groups (Preferred but not essential)
* Strong communication skills and human resources knowledge
Pay: £60 per shift for the 4 group sessions. Additional specialised programmes and personal training earnings are optional.
Location: Congleton.
Schedule: Every Saturday morning from 8am to 11am.
